    New Playstation 4 Concept Design

We’ve been providing you with fan-crafted PlayStation 4 concepts for a long time now. Recently, a new concept hit the market, but this one is a little different: the creator, Joseph Dumary, also says what specs it should have and the capabilities.
Dumary’s PS4 has a brand-new feature: ECO Restart. Basically, the console uses a rechargeable battery to stay in a power-friendly mode after turned off, making it easier on the console when it is turned back on for play later.
This PS4 will also be made of 60% recycled materials, with magnesium alloy and carbon, making the overall console weight considerably light.
We’ve talked before about how Sony should incorporate and integrate the PS Vita and Sony S1 and S2 Tablets into the console, and that’s what Dumary did. You can use either as a remote control, a way to browse the web, or play games from a distance, knocking the Wii U controller out of the water.
The PS4 would have a 1.5TB harddrive, Blu-Ray and 3D support, USB 3.0, Sync, Cloud, and so much more. Even cooler? The PS4 controller would have a light sensor and an adjustment option for the analog stick, incase it’s too loose or too tight for the player’s gameplay.
The model is sleek, futuristic but not crazy looking, and fits the current models of PlayStation that we adore. What do you think?

I heard of one rapper who chopped this guy's whole body off...just left the dick behind.
"Don't you mean they chopped off his dick?"
No I mean they held his dick and chopped his whole body off. That's all he was in the end...a dick.

Despite all the rumors about the PlayStation 4 being under development, it seems game developers are questioning whether or not any company should focus on next-generation consoles, including the Xbox 720.They believe that cell phones hold the future of gaming, especially the iPhone. They say with the way cell phones progress (one new one a year for Apple), that soon they will surpass the capacities of a console, making it pointless. You would plug your phone into the TV and play from the cell.
But is this worth the sacrifice? I don’t think so. I don’t want to play on a cell phone; I want a controller, analog sticks, mic, and the whole shabang. I want to be able to call my friends to tell them to sign on, rather than have to rely solely on the PSN.
Really, only simple games could be played like the developers are suggesting.
Sony and Microsoft should build the PS4 and Xbox 720 like a computer tower/console. That way, we don’t have to wait four years or more, or purchase a brand new one, for updated hardware. Sony could just release a PlayStation hardware with the piece that has been upgraded (GPU, RAM, etc.) and we could just install them inside the PS4. That sounds…well, intelligent.

A piece from Secret of Mana was performed by the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra for the third Orchestral Game Music Concert in 1993, while one from Seiken Densetsu 3 was performed for the fifth event in 1996. The same Secret of Mana track was also performed at the fifth Symphonic Game Music Concert in 2007 in Leipzig, Germany. Music from Secret of Mana made up one fourth of the music in the Symphonic Fantasies concerts in Cologne in September 2009 which were produced by the creators of the Symphonic Game Music Concert series and conducted by Arnie Roth. Two compilation books of piano sheet music from the Mana series have been published as Seiken Densetsu Best Collection Piano Solo Sheet Music first and second editions; songs from Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 3 are featured in both. All songs in each book have been rewritten by Asako Niwa as beginning to intermediate level piano solos, though they are meant to sound as much like the originals as possible.

Sony is in competition with Microsoft to bring a next-gen console to the market. Sony realised that when Microsoft released the Xbox 360 with a relatively cheap engine, this allowed Microsoft to capture a healthy chunk in the gaming market. Also the PlayStation 3 is a distance away from the Wii in the market (especially in East Asia). This made Sony to think as to making a smaller console, as the Japanese buyers prefer smaller platforms.
